VIVA Membership
The Virgin Islands Veterans Association (VIVA) is a community built to support veterans, service members, military families, caregivers, and supporters who share a commitment to advocacy, service, and opportunity in the U.S. Virgin Islands and beyond.
VIVA membership is designed to strengthen the veteran community through connection, information sharing, resource awareness, advocacy, professional development, and fellowship. Members join VIVA to help expand support for disabled veterans, improve access to benefits and services, and build a stronger voice for those who have served.
Join or Renew
To become a VIVA member or renew an existing membership, please contact VIVA directly through the organization’s membership office or website. If online enrollment is not preferred, members may request a paper membership form or speak with a VIVA representative for assistance.

Membership Categories
VIVA may offer membership categories such as:
- Veteran members
- Active-duty service members and reservists
- Military spouses and family members
- Community supporters and volunteers
- Student members
- Corporate or organizational partners
Membership categories may be adjusted by VIVA based on organizational needs, bylaws, and program goals.
Membership Fees
Membership dues help support VIVA’s mission, member services, outreach activities, advocacy efforts, and community-based veteran programs. Specific dues amounts, payment options, and renewal periods should be established by VIVA leadership and published through official membership materials.
One Year: $50
One Year Junior Enlisted (E1 – E6 and international equivalents): $20
Three Years: $120
Lifetime Membership: $1,500
Member Engagement
VIVA members help advance the organization’s work by:
- Supporting outreach to veterans and their families.
- Participating in meetings, events, and service activities.
- Sharing community resources and program opportunities.

Members should keep their contact information current so they can receive announcements, renewal reminders, event notices, and program updates. For membership assistance, offline registration, sponsorship questions, or renewal support, members should contact VIVA directly using the organization’s official contact information.
