Why We Gather
For two decades — and for generations before — Virgin Islands veterans have served with distinction, often navigating disability claims, benefits, and
reintegration far from centralized VA resources. The VIVA Annual Conference exists to close that gap: bringing the people who make policy, deliver services, and fund programs into the same room as the veterans and families those programs are meant to serve.
This is a must-attend event for anyone invested in the future of veterans and their families — whether you’re a veteran seeking resources, a government official shaping policy, a service provider looking to expand your reach, or a business ready to invest in the veteran community.
