Clarence V. Beverhoudt serves as Laboratory Division Manager for the Washington Suburban Sanitary Commission Water Production Department Laboratory Division, where he is responsible for technical data quality, cost control, division management, and customer satisfaction. With more than 40 years of experience at WSSC Water, he has held several leadership positions, including Utility Enhancement Support Services Division Manager, where he managed contracts, meter testing, meter reading, and initiatives to strengthen the utility’s distribution system. Mr. Beverhoudt holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Microbiology with a minor in Chemistry from Howard University and has served in numerous professional and civic leadership roles, including past president of the Virgin Islands Association, board member of the Maryland Environmental Laboratory Association, and leadership positions with the Chesapeake Water Environment Association. He is also a member of the National Forum for Black Public Administrators and completed its Executive Leadership Institute program.
